The Literary Griot, and The Society of Technical Communications Journal.

Full Professor of English; Chair: Tenure and Promotions Committee; Past Coordinator

of African American Literature Programs; Past Director of Professional Writing Programs

at the University of Memphis, where he has also served as Special Assistant to the President.

Also served as Acting Dean of Students, Georgia State University. Lectures given at

U. Pennsylvania, U. Wisconsin, Michigan State U., Harvard U. and many more.

 

  Dr. Martin holds five earned degrees (incl. two terminal degrees) in language usage,

computers, and writing, and is the author of eight books and two manuals.
